This program is safe and great fun for all ages because it engages with children, youth, young adults and elders. The goal of this program is to empower people to believe and trust their inner being. We encourage people to let go, to stop overthinking and learn to go with flow. Consistent elements remain in our fluid structure, such as music, poetry, storytelling and story sharing. Dispersed throughout the program are fun arts and crafts that bring people together and also help connect a person to themselves.
